I have since I was 5 years old was United fan. My repertoire of jerseys with particular Van Nistelrooy, Beckham, Cole and Ronaldo just got bigger through the years and now is the 10 year old home jerseys on the wall. I have over the years always been proud to support United, in a way I can not explain.
That's what I want to emphasize with this post. Either you love Manchester United, and could never find to put another club over them, or you can just hate the club.
I will watch and say that this is due to the fans who choose to support Manchester United. The Red Devils have been so incredibly much, just in my lifetime, but also before that there are hardly any fans of the club who feel the same when you ask them about their "great moments" with the club. These moments define very often their relationship with the club currently gets around the rest of his life, it saves him from going completely down when the club runs into a series of defeats, it saves him if others make fun of the club, or just hate club . The defining him as a fan.
For me personally, is the final in 1999 probably still my greatest experience as a United fan, though I was only 7 years old, I sat, and pulled my little Great Briti Anne flag to pieces, I actually sat and cried because my little brother was Bayern Munich fan, and course was "little shit" sit and laugh mockingly, then suddenly the miraculous happens! I can not even remember anything from the match, besides the two goals and I can still see the goals for me today, I can see the presentations for me. It's a fantastic moment for a United fan, but for satan! Where have we already lost that many people who, from that day! Chose to proclaim Manchester United as the world's luckiest club and was busy to hate, hate, and hate us.
These are the moments which have been plentiful in Manchester United history, and it is the moment that separated us from other fans over the years. I'm just saying that I probably do not like Chelsea after this season if they win the championship, I'll probably just break me even less about them, but somewhere, I still respect their achievement, and it's just not the case with Manchester United, they hate them all just for doing it I feel. It then is sin that it must be so petty that you can not rejoice at other clubs' behalf, this is not a game, it's a passion, then you are allowed to be passionate about his football club, but show respect and appreciative other clubs' success.
Will agree with me? United is not a unique club that has had glorious moments, and thus separated themselves quite markedly from the crowd, made us hadt? If yes? What is so annoying you the most at United over the years?
And United fans out there, what have been your "big moment" with Manchester United through the ages?
